CANQUEST ANNOUNCES TRANSACTION PROCESSING AGREEMENT WITH CALGARY- BASED DIRECT CASH

Canquest Communications, Canada’s premier provider of prepaid services including long distance, Internet, mobile PINs and POSA systems has entered into a multi-year PIN Product Distribution & PIN Transaction Processing Agreement with DirectCash.

Calgary-based DirectCash has three separate business units: ATM business, Debit Terminal business and the prepaid cash card business. They are a full service operator of, and transaction processor for, ATMs, Debit Terminals and prepaid cash cards. They have been in the ATM business since 1997 and the Debit Terminal and prepaid cash card businesses since 2002.
DirectCash ATM is Canada's market leader of branded non-financial institution ATMs. With over 4100 ATMs in the marketplace, DirectCash has more ATMs deployed than all of the major Canadian Financial Institutions.
Canquest provides prepaid long distance PINs, virtual mobile PINs and POSA transactions for more than 500 of DirectCash’s debit terminals.

Long Distance Services are provided exclusively on Canquest networks.
