CANQUEST SIGNS MULTI-YEAR SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH BELL CANADA

(Ottawa, ON) February 13, 2003 - Canquest Communications (Online) Inc., a subsidiary of Canquest Communications (Canada) Inc., today announced that it has been chosen as the customer support provider for Bell Canada’s WebMinutes Prepaid Internet service, offering convenient and economical dial-up access for occasional Internet users.

The WebMinutes prepaid dial-up Internet service is currently available at all Bell World stores in Ontario, British Columbia and Alberta, as well as all Espace Bell stores in Quebec. The service offers local dial-up Internet access from all major Canadian cities and '1-877' access from all other locations across North America.
