ANNOUNCES RETAIL DISTRIBUTION WITH RTO ENTERPRISES INC ("RTO")

OTTAWA, ON, September 2002 - Canquest Communications (Online) Inc., Ottawa, (a subsidiary of Canquest Communications Canada Inc), is pleased to announce that RTO Enterprises Inc,of Edmonton Alberta has selected Canquest to provide Prepaid Internet access to their rental purchase customers. With over 130 outlets across Canada, RTO customers will now be able to purchase Canquest's "pay as you go" Internet service in their local area.

Prepaid Internet offers the average Internet user the opportunity to save money on their Internet Access without having to subscribe to an Internet Service Provider.
